THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COCHRANE

The Infrastructure Services yard will be made available for all residents to deposit of their spring waste.

 “COCHRANE CLEAN UP CHALLENGE”

Continue to take pride in your community, join us for the Cochrane Clean-Up Challenge and volunteer your time and trucks to assist your neighbours in participating.

Team up with friends, family or co-workers and get summer off to a great start by helping keep your neighbourhood clean!

NO ROADSIDE SERVICE

While the Town is not in a position to provide a roadside service, the Infrastructure Services yard will be made available for all residents to deposit of their spring waste.   An area will be designated in the yard at 92 Second Street where it will be happily received and disposed of by the Town.

Bring your tires, electronics and household batteries to be recycled.

This service will start on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 and end on Sunday May 26th, 2019 (Saturday and Sunday inclusive) between the hours of 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. and a full-time attendant will be on site to guide you.

Tipping fees will also be waived for people wishing to take their debris to the Municipal Landfill Site in Fournier during their regular hours of operations.

Hazardous waste materials will not be accepted.

This Is A Residential Program – NO Commercial or Industrial Waste will be accepted.

Should any seniors over the age of 65 not have means of transporting their debris to the municipal yard, please call the Infrastructure Services office at 272-5086 and we will assist.

Thank you for your continued dedication to our beautiful community.
