Client Services Clerk

(Temporary Full-Time – Maternity Leave)

PROVINCIAL OFFENCES OFFICE

The Town of Cochrane is looking for an individual to fill the above noted position.  The successful candidate will be responsible to provide clerical/administrative assistance to the POA Manager and perform administrative front counter and office functions within the Town of Cochrane Provincial Offences Office.

Education/Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years Community College Diploma in a related field or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years job related experience in an office environment with cash handling and payment processing
  • Fluently bilingual in both English and French (Written and Verbal)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with the general public
  • Computer literacy and data entry skills with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
