THE COPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COCHRANE APPOINTS FRANK SISCO AS COUNCILLOR TO COCHRANE TOWN COUNCIL

The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Sisco to the position of Town Councillor.
The newly appointed Councillor Sisco has served on Council previously during the 2014-2018 term. He brings with him a strong love and loyalty to the Town of Cochrane as a resident who was born and raised here as well as a desire to help our community continue to move forward and thrive.
Councillor Sisco was employed by the Town of Cochrane from 1987 to 2012. During his employment with the Town he worked in several different roles including; By-Law Officer, Chief Building Official, Airport Operations and Fire Chief. His understanding of the workings of various departments within the town will be an asset to Council.
Mayor Clement made the following statement “We are happy to see Mr. Sisco join our team. His years of experience in the Town as well as his previous term in Council will serve him well. We appreciate all those who showed interest in the vacant council seat and ultimately look forward to Councillor Sisco’s insight and involvement on Council going forward”.
Councillor Sisco’s term will begin immediately and end on November 14, 2022 at the end of this term of office for all current members of council.
“I am pleased to accept this seat on council and join the existing team here. I hope to be able to serve our community well throughout the duration of this term.”
